We would like to inform you of an event at Santa Pod on Tuesday 16th of May 2023 and the possibility of increased traffic flow throughout the day, due to a one-off event at nearby Santa Pod Raceway. The event is likely to be popular, and as a result, routes towards Santa Pod may be busier than usual.
However, we want to assure you that a formal traffic management plan with traffic marshals will be in operation to minimize any inconvenience caused by the event. Traffic marshals will be stationed at key locations to help manage traffic flow and ensure the safety of pedestrians and motorists. The traffic management plan will include temporary diversions for event attendees to keep local traffic moving smoothly.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly request that you plan your travel accordingly. If possible, please avoid driving in the area during the event’s peak arrival time after 10.00am to help alleviate traffic congestion. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
The event will include a live stage with music from 7.00pm until 11.00pm, when the event closes, traffic management will be operational at this time to ensure traffic leaves by the appropriate routes.
